Unfortunately, there are discrepancies between the items I ordered order (#KOT4492EG) and paid for and the items I received.

Specifically:

Kheyoot™️ Black & White Men's Socks × 1 – the black pair of socks was missing.

Kheyoot™️ Half Terry Sock Men's Socks × 1 – this item was not included in the package.

The issue was reported immediately after delivery on December 21, 2025, but unfortunately, no one has responded to the email to date. Unfortunately, I couldn't find your company's phone number anywhere to report the issue by phone.
I'm waiting for the problem to be resolved.
